Shonda Amie has been a personal trainer and nutrition consultant for more than 8 years. She has a deep desire to help people achieve their
individual fitness goals, regardless of experience or current level of fitness.
She especially enjoys helping those who are coming back from illness or injury. Her ultimate goal is in assisting people achieve a more positive, active lifestyle. Shonda believes that your ultimate health and wellness is determined not only by your physical fitness and environment, but also in how you view yourself. She also spends her extra time as a volunteer at the Salvation Army and recovering addicts. Shonda has a committed belief that our bodies tell a story about how well we are doing and she can help others achieve their goals by outlining a plan that will help them reach their goals.
